Abstract

Sketches from a Disappearing World shows an exploration in to the natural world and our relationship with it. Taken from a number of sketchbooks, these have been drawn from the animals themselves and from the imagination.

Amy Dover has traveled from Norway to Thailand, New York to Copenhagen, Marrakech to London and Kuala Lumpur to Paris. This collection explores human and non-human animals relations, animal abuse, wildlife trafficking, extinction and perceptions of the world around us in the face of disappearing species.
