The Impact of Employee Satisfaction on Performance in the Bahraini Banking Sector: A Study on the Implementation of E-HRM Systems

Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess employee satisfaction and job performance levels towards the E-HRM system, as well as establish a relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance in relation to the E-HRM system. The study was carried out at banks situated in Bahrain. A quantitative research approach was employed to gather data from the participants through an online survey questionnaire, using a stratified sampling method. The study included 76 employees from various banks holding different positions who served as respondents in this investigation. The research revealed that employee satisfaction and job performance were at moderate and high levels respectively. Additionally, a significant, strong, and positive relationship between the E-HRM system and employee satisfaction as well as job performance was found.
