Abstract

This study explores how manufacturing companies can leverage dynamic capabilities and big data analytics to enhance supply chain performance and reduce carbon emissions. Despite the significance of these factors, their integration has been underexplored. Through a three-stage qualitative research process, including expert interviews, literature analysis, and a Tess-Valley-based project, we aim to bridge this gap. The findings will validate existing literature and identify barriers to adopting sustainable practices, contributing to dynamic capabilities theory and environmental sustainability in the field of Information Systems.
