The secret of their success - utilising experienced students' self reflection to support new learners

Abstract

This paper documents a project to harness the knowledge, learning strategies and self-reflection of third-year students and makes this wealth of experience available to new learners through an alternative student handbook. Often from funny, inspiring and irreverent student perspectives, these reflections have proved to be valuable, positive and supportive guides.
